Adopt Universal Design Guidelines for Accessible Housing
Project Description
Housing Element Action 19.13 is to develop Universal Design guidelines or standards to require the use of Universal Design Principles in new construction and/or rehabilitation of housing. Per the adopted Housing Element, the City is obligated to develop an Ordinance by January 2025.
