Definition
The call volume for the Hayward Fire Department has been steadily increasing annually, with calls consistently surpassing 20,000 per calendar year. With reports of medical issues, fires, alarms, public concern, and others, the firefighters of the Hayward Fire Department are an active presence throughout our community.
