The City of Hayward is hosting a Workforce Development Job Fair on September 19, 2024 as part of our Learn to Earn Tuition Assistance Program. FY 2024 Status Update (Updated Fiscal Year Annual):

We are pleased to announce the upcoming Workforce Development Job Fair, a key component of our Learn to Earn Tuition Assistance Program. The job fair will be hosted at City Hall, located at 777 B St, on September 19, 2024, from 3 PM to 6 PM. This event is projected to attract between 300 to 500 attendees, including job seekers and local employers.

The job fair will feature a diverse array of employers from various industries, offering job seekers a unique chance to connect with potential employers and explore career opportunities. With a focus on advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, and other technical fields, attendees will benefit from networking opportunities, job opening insights, and resources for resume building and interview preparation.
